I'm not a software company. I'm an operator who got sick of being the whole business.

I run two Australian companies: Aluminium Revival, a window and door restoration business, and High Performance Human, a telehealth service. Both are run day-to-day by the same AI-team system that AI Team For Me is built from — quoting, follow-ups, content, admin — while I stay on the tools and out of the weekend paperwork.

I built this pack because it worked for me, and because every owner-operator I know is drowning in the same repetitive work. It's not theory. Everything I write on this blog comes from actually running the system in real businesses — what works, what breaks, and what's genuinely worth your time.

The businesses are real and you can click through to them yourself. That's the whole point: proof, not promises.
